ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific sales conditions stated on this screen and expressly declares acceptance without reservation.

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between SYNAPSE SAS / www.eurodentalkit.com and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.
These general terms and conditions of sale will prevail over any other conditions appearing in any other document, unless prior, express, and written derogation.

PRODUCTS

Photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. If errors have been introduced, in no case will the responsibility of SYNAPSE SAS / www.eurodentalkit.com be engaged.
The majority of products offered to its customers by www.eurodentalkit.com are available in its storage warehouses.

ORDER

Automated registration systems are considered proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. SYNAPSE SAS / www.eurodentalkit.com confirms the acceptance of its order to the customer at the email address provided.
The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order.

SYNAPSE SAS / www.eurodentalkit.com reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer, when placing an order, binds the buyer: in case of error in the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

DELIVERY

ATTENTION: If your package is obviously damaged upon delivery, refuse it.
Do not sign the delivery receipt. This will prevent you from paying return fees.
After order confirmation, SYNAPSE SAS / www.eurodentalkit.com undertakes to deliver to its carrier all references ordered by the buyer within a maximum period of 48 working hours.
This carrier, by contract with SYNAPSE SAS / www.eurodentalkit.com, undertakes to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by SYNAPSE SAS / www.eurodentalkit.com.

For deliveries outside Metropolitan France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duties, value-added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country receiving the order.
All orders placed with SYNAPSE SAS / www.eurodentalkit.com are intended for the personal use of customers. Customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products.

SYNAPSE SAS / www.eurodentalkit.com is relieved of any legal liability if the payment of taxes is not made by the customer.
Delivery will be made by a carrier in Metropolitan France and Corsica (with an additional 30 € per delivery charge for Corsica).
Delivery is made within the time slot agreed with the customer by directly handing over the product to the announced recipient, or in case of absence, to another person authorized by the customer.
Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
Deliveries to countries in the European Union are made by a carrier.
Deliveries to overseas departments and territories are made by specialized carriers.

In the case of a technical product, the customer will pay particular attention to checking the proper functioning of the delivered device and reading the instruction manual provided. In case of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return under the conditions provided in this document. Events considered as force majeure releasing the seller from its obligation to deliver include war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents, and the impossibility of being supplied.

Goods always travel at the risk and peril of the recipient. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in case of missing or damaged items.

For availability reasons, an order may be delivered in several installments to the customer. The customer then pays only one delivery. If the customer wants 2 delivery locations, he places 2 orders.

WITHDRAWAL for non-sterile products

You have 7 days (from the receipt of the items) to form an opinion.
In case of exchange or refund, return the new item(s) in its(their) original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, user manuals, and documentation to the following address:
